Spinning Babies Workshops with Gail Tully

These all-day workshops are for midwives, nurses, doulas, childbirth educators, and antenatal yoga teachers.
Can you spot a long labour before it begins? Why isn’t wanting a natural birth enough to achieve a natural birth if birth is so, well, “natural?” When you try “everything” and nothing works, do you know which techniques work for the level baby is in the pelvis (station)?
- Optimal Fetal Positioning takes the next turn: Begin with Balance, 1st of 3 Principles behind Spinning Babies.
- Compare anterior and posterior fetal positions.
- Practice pregnancy activities to use in prenatal visits.
- Help the breech flip in pregnancy.
- Help the sunny-side up baby rotate in labour.
- Learn how to identify and help baby engage to reduce induction and caesarean.
Gail is a homebirth midwife (CPM) from the States and is the author of The Belly Mapping Workbook and the Resolving Shoulder Dystocia DVD.
