About Me
I’m Caz Sayles and I’m a fully certified birth nerd. Since having my ‘babies’ in 1995 and 2000 I knew the experiences I had could have been so different had I had the knowledge and been supported better. This led me down the path of studying the emotion and physiology of birth.
A few years ago I fully submerged myself in the birth world. Starting with hypnobirthing, then into the biomechanics of birth and that lead me to here, qualifying with Developing Doulas and being supported and mentored by the lovely Maddie McMahon. This fully opened my eyes to the wonder and power of birth and I am dedicated to supporting you through your birth journey, advocating when you want me to or just ‘being’ when you or your partner need support.
As a qualified pregnancy massage therapist and early years educator I can also bring you relaxation and help you care for yourself and your little one after birth as well as siblings too.
Im naturally empathetic and incredibly open. There is nothing you can’t discuss with me. And I promise you will receive care, gentleness, a bloody good cuppa and I will hold space for whatever you need of me.
Essential doula £1600
With this you get 4 antenatal birth prep sessions. Unlimited email and phone support during pregnancy, full labour and birth support, One post natal debrief and 4 weeks of phone/email postnatal support.
Hypnobirthing add on £150
If you book any of these packages you can add on a full hypnobirthing course for the reduced price of £150
All courses require a 50% retainer on booking.
I am aware that for some these prices may seem far out of reach. I am committed to offering support as and how I can (but I also have bills to pay) If finances are stopping you from accessing my services then please call me, we can perhaps sort something out. Bartering could be an option too. Do you offer any services that I might be able to use? I am also open to payment plans if needed.
If this is still not manageable have a look at doula UK they have a voucher scheme so maybe friends and family can buy vouchers as a gift? Also doula UK have an access fund for those on benefits. Which you can use to book me.
