About Me

I believe that empowerment and confidence for the birthing person are the most important aspects of labour and birth, while support and mentorship is at the heart of what I can offer in my capacity as a postnatal doula. As a Continuum Doula, I understand the benefits of having that structure and support in preparation for having a baby, and for the weeks after. They say it takes a village to raise a child, and I am here to offer to be your village!
