About Me

Thrive in the precious time after birth while you get to know your baby. ​

​I am here to support you in the postnatal period also known as the fourth trimester to find your inner wisdom, and to start your journey into parenthood (whether it is for the first or the fifth time) with joy. A good start will help you gain confidence and pride in your parenting abilities. My support may come in many forms, for example support with feeding, creating space for you to rest, help with the household, an extra pair of hands with older siblings or in the form of emotional support. I feel a deep calling for supporting parents in breastfeeding and am also working as a breastfeeding peer supporter volunteer to gain the necessary practical experience in order to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). I have recently obtained the Open College Network Level 4 qualification in tongue-tie. I do my work with lots of love and no judgement. About me: I  live in Mid Sussex with my husband, two daughters and our beloved furry child. Nothing is more important to me than family, and I have a passion for parenting, raising children, breastfeeding and cooking.  Although I have a background in nursing and midwifery, I find being a doula deeply fulfilling as this gives me the chance to work with families in a slower paced and more holistic way.
