About Me

Hello! I’m Jessica and I live in Walthamstow with my partner, our toddler tornado, and a dog called Taco. I completed the Continuum Doulas preparation course in April 2022, which is approved by Doula UK. The course was a fantastic exploration into all things pregnancy, birth, and postnatal. I strongly believe everyone deserves a positive, supported and empowered birth, and I would love nothing more than to help facilitate this for you. As a Continuum Doula, we will have 6 antenatal visits where we can discuss your pregnancy journey so far and help you prepare for your birth and postnatal experience. I will be on call 24/7 for the weeks surrounding your due date up until the birth. We will then have 6 postnatal visits – these are totally flexible and can suit the needs of you and your new family. Whatever type of birth you are envisioning, whatever your background and experiences, I will be there to support you every step of the way. When not doula-ing, I work for a national homelessness charity, helping improve access to support and healthcare for those experiencing homelessness.
