Love, Support and trust. I believe every woman has the right to be supported by a friend. With her birth journey and with her new family. Someone to listen to, to understand her situation and to reflect her emotions.
My name is Liat and I am a mother to 3 beautiful girls. When I had my first baby I was washed over with lots of love and care for this tiny creature. I rediscovered myself and I felt like motherhood is my job, my profession. I couldn’t wait longer and when my eldest was 2.5 years old I had my second daughter. From family of 3 we became family of 4 and after 4 years we had one more addition to our family and I became proud mother of 3.
I know that birth is an emotional experience. It is the most happy, exciting and scary moment in our life.
My offer to you is a completely exclusive ongoing support during pregnancy. I will be available for you from 38 weeks (or earlier as per your needs), face to face, texts, WhatsApp, emails…
I will do my best to make sure you feel safe and confident in any way you choose.
When it’s time, I will be entirely with you. I will help you stay calm and feel loved and support. After birth I will meet you again at your home, making sure you and your family are taken care of.
Postnatal Care, it doesn’t matter if you are a first or a third time mum, you still need support! I am offering my experience as a mum of 3, helping you and your family to bond and recover from your amazing experience.
My care will be whatever you need including breastfeeding support, cooking you hot meal, rubbing your feet and babysitting your baby so you could shower and rest.
Birth preparation I also offer birth preparation in your convenient place like your home. Some parents only need a short session to remind them how birth starts, what to do in every stage, positions, breathing and more.
KGHypnobirthing I am excited to offer a KGHypnobirthing class. KGHypnobirthing is life changing for every woman.
I will be very honoured to help you try to get there.
I believe in good energy and a good connection.
”There’s no question that bringing somebody other than your partner into the intimacy and rawness of your delivery experience is challenging.
However Liat’s warmth and quiet, yet resilient presence supported both me and my husband in ways we didn’t expect.
Her massage technique brought relief, her dedication to staying in the room from start to finish enabled my husband to take a much-needed breather and her general nurturing approach puts you at ease from the get go!” – D-
”Liat is an amazing doula. She is very empathic and she is calm and supportive. She has a lot of useful knowledge needed in all the stages of pregnancy and birth.
She truly made my dreamed birth come true. I felt her love and support and it made everything possible”.
“Liat is very Knowledgeable on birthing process and is very calm and reassuring.”
“I was too tired and in pain and her support was invaluable, especially during pushing phase, I could not have continued without her help with the Rebozo, midwife was not particularly helpful “.
“My expectations were to get support with the baby and at home, but didn’t think it will be so helpful and much beyond, with many helpful tips about motherhood, breastfeeding, different points of view and more. “
(Roni, postnatal support)
“She brought in a very calm and confident approach to the babies. Liat was very knowledgeable about newborn wellbeing and made very useful suggestions. I liked her natural and easy going approach. “ (F. mum of twins)
