About Me
I offer a mother led model of doulaing, this approach allows you to follow your instinct and explore your own emotions and feelings about pregnancy & birth. My aim is to guide you through the information, inform you of your birthing rights, and be the continuity of care that you deserve.
It is very nourishing having the consistency of the same person by your side, caring for you and your family through pregnancy, birth and in the postnatal period. Together to explore how you would like your birth to look like, and support you in any fears you may have. I believe the family unit is the most nurturing environment for mums to be, which is why I will be there to alleviate any pressure so you can enjoy time relaxing with your family.
I am an experience birth & post natal Doula, and attend each new family without any preconceptions, every individual approach to giving birth and raising a family is different, and I love all the new experiences this brings with it.
Birth preparation and being informed is key to a having a positive experience, and feeling the power that comes with birthing autonomously and having the information you need to make informed decisions.
