Hi, and welcome to my page.
How wonderful that you are pregnant and looking into support for your journey into motherhood. You have made the first step to taking your birth into your own hands.
I am a traditional birth keeper, which means I work with women who want to make truly free and independent choices in their pregnancy, birth & beyond.
I can teach you about the physiology of birth, and why undisturbed, autonomous birth at home can be a very positive option for you & your baby. We will connect regularly during your pregnancy to get to know each other & really deeply go into many aspects of birth as a rite of passage and a meaningful spiritual journey of strength, learning & empowerment for women.
We will face your fears & worries and find ways of being with them as well as strategies to move through them. We will separate myths from facts, so you feel truly informed and confident rather than feeling you have to ‘fight for what you really want’.
If you invite me in, I will be here to witness your birth, fully trusting & supporting your beautiful body and her hormonal blueprint to birth your baby in your power.
My support extends beyond your birth; I look after many families during their baby moon (the first few days and weeks after birth), and often longer.
Women supporting women can create true magic.
