About Me
Hi,
I am Raquel.
I am a doula and a breastfeeding support peer. (On another ongoing training!)
Having my 2 boys changed my life. Those were the most empowering moments of my life. Truly animal and visceral moments. It’s my true believe that a positive birth experience can be shared by all women, one that is pro-choice. From experience, I know how overwhelming pregnancy, birth and postpartum can feel. I can help you with breaking it down.

Good to know:
I am a nurse, but currently banking on a post natal ward. This has given to much experience, insight and perspective.
All over the years, I was that friend that friends would recommend to speak to about birth, breastfeeding, support and encouragement. I am/was always eager to talk about birth and postpartum. I’m a birth geek, tbh.
I am spontaneous and laugh very easily. I love coffee, frosty mornings, but also the beach. Being my boy’s mum and working with women is what defines.
It is my pleasure and passion.
