My name is Rosie and I live in Nottingham. I grew up in a small town by the sea in Sweden. Those who know me describe me as perceptive, caring, passionate and calm. I am always striving to learn and grow, through experiences and self-reflection.
My greatest joy is being a mother to my adventurous little girl. I had a calling to support others in pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. My background is in psychology, specifically trauma work. I hope my experiences allow me to support your famiy to have the best transition to your new life.
My hope is to be a source of support and encouragement for your dreams and visions. I value sensitivity and gentleness in my work, recognising that each person brings their own unique life experiences to the table. I strongly believe that no matter your circumstances, we can together work for you to have a mindful experience in pregnancy, birth and early parenthood.
I see myself as an honoured guest in a thrilling glimpse of your life and I am hoping we enjoy the time we spend together preparing for birth with lots of pampering, laughter and connection.
My postnatal philosophy is influenced by Scandinavian and Arabic culture, where mental and physical wellbeing as well as warmth and care are at the centre. My aim is for your new family to spend time recovering and bonding. I recognise that each family will have a specific set of needs for this period.
Early parenthood can be both magical and exhausting at the same time but I hope that I can do my part to help with the exhausting bits so you can have a little more magic to yourselves!
I look forward to hearing from you!
