About Me

Hi..

I am a Postnatal Doula based in Chichester, West Sussex and work in the  surrounding areas within an hours drive. I live with my husband, 3 boys and my gorgeous yellow labrador.

Having recently retrained whilst living in America from being a Secondary school teacher to  a postnatal Doula,  I have always been passionate about Womens mental health and well being,  positive birth experiences and helping parents to have the best postnatal experience they can have.

Whether its helping you plan and get organised for your new arrival, support with siblings and school runs or being those extra pair of hands to hold baby whilst you shower and nap – I look forward to meeting you and your  family and supporting you through this precious time.
