About Me
Hi I am Tracy, I live on the outskirts of beautiful Brighton with my husband and two border collie dogs. We have one daughter and a delightful son-in-law which completes our small family.
As your Doula I come to you with many years of experience caring for people and their families.
A Palliative Care nurse for 16 years and then a tutor for facilitating the management of long term health conditions, skills such as:
Breathing Techniques, Visualisation, Relaxation, Positive Affirmations and Massage are now all instinctive to me and come as my tools of trade.
Marsden Wagner states “Respecting the woman as an important and valuable human being and making certain that the woman’s experience while giving birth is fulfilling and empowering is not just a nice extra, it is absolutely essential as it makes the woman strong and therefore makes society strong”.
You may need to meet several Doulas until you are comfortable with your choice, I would be happy to meet with you to see if we would make good match.
You will instinctively know when you have found the right Doula for you.
