Pregnancy after Loss * Birth Trauma - Rewind Technique * Emotional Freedom Techniques EFT * Soul Conception Doula * Awakening Birth Keeper * Gentle Release Therapy * Maternal Reflexology * Pregnancy & Postnatal Massage
Hi, I’m Victoria and I have been working with couples trying to conceive and in pregnancy for nearly 10 years.
Many women I see have been through a lot to become a parents, they may have conceived following a long and difficult journey, with assisted conception or have become pregnant following miscarriage, baby loss or stillbirth.
I have trained as a Continuum Doula so I can confidently support my clients from conception, through pregnancy, and now during birth and in the postpartum.
With the Continuum Model that includes a more enhanced care package where we provide six antenatal and six postnatal sessions to help adequately prepare the body, mind and relationships for birth and parenthood. With this extra time allocated, I can use my therapeutic skills with working in a much more deeper way with my families ensuring connection to baby and each other, preparation for bringing baby into this world and to help ease the transition of both baby and parent/s as they adapt and adjust to one another as we allocate more sessions pre and post birth.
I support maternal mental health and have volunteered for Rockabye and volunteer for Mums in Mind both in North Somerset. I currently work with Towards Tomorrow Together, a baby loss charity and Be More Ben that both provide services and support to grieving parents.
As a birthworker I am also 3 Step Rewind Technique Practioner which is an amazing tool to help process and bring peace around previous experiences and it is wonderful to use in pregnancy if birth anxieties are building.
I am passionate about empowering women and strongly believe that when a woman feels supported and believed in she can do anything.
I am currently a mentored doula and work with and am supported by many birth workers and specialists.
