Homeopathic medicine can help enormously with symptoms associated with pregnancy and labour. It can also be a wonderful help with post-natal care and many difficulties that may arise during breastfeeding.
Jo Ketteman originally trained as a nurse at St Mary’s Hospital in London, and then went on to specialise in Midwifery. Working at the West London Hospital led Jo to more natural childbirth and a holistic view of care. Following the birth of her own child, she decided to pursue this further and study Homeopathy.
In this one day workshop, Jo will guide you through how to use homeopathic medicines to treat common symptoms such as:
During pregnancy: nausea, varicose veins, thrush, cystitis, false contractions.
During labour: irregular contractions, ineffective contractions, fear.
Post-natal: exhaustion, tearing, bruising, healing from a c-section, haemorrhoids.
Breastfeeding: milk production difficulties & mastitis.
