Hi, I'm Ali, a birth and postnatal doula supporting families across Surrey and Sussex.

I offer calm, nurturing and practical support through pregnancy, birth and the early weeks with your baby. My aim is to help you feel listened to, informed and cared for, so you can approach this life-changing time feeling more confident and supported.

Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating an unexpected change of plan, recovering after a caesarean, establishing breastfeeding or simply needing someone to look after you while you look after your baby, I'm here to help.

I am fortunate to live on the Surrey/Sussex border so areas I cover are in both counties, including Horsham, Haywards Heath, Brighton, Cranleigh, Guildford, Epsom & Leatherhead and all surrounding areas.

As a mum and Nana, I understand how personal the journey into parenthood can be. I bring warmth, respect and a non-judgemental approach to every family, taking time to understand what matters most to you.
