Come along to one our of our Introductory Workshops and find about the life and work of a doula, training options, mentoring, joining Doula UK, support & community, inclusivity and setting up your doula business.⁠

Approved Doula UK Courses

Train to become a doula on a Doula UK Approved Doula Training Course and on completion you will be invited to join Doula UK. All approved course providers follow our core curriculum, are led by experienced doulas, are regularly assessed, have completed inclusivity and diversity training and adhere to the Doula UK code of conduct and philosophy.

Be part of the leading doula organisation in the UK, create a professional doula profile page in our directory to connect with families, join a thriving community of doulas, access support, mentoring, resources, events and exclusive discounts.

There is a £25 joining fee followed by monthly membership fee of £8 per month.

The mentoring fee is £300 for birth doula recognition and £300 for postnatal doula recognition.  For birth AND postnatal doula recognition you will need to budget for a total of £600 which is paid to your doula mentor in installments.

Alternative Pathway

The Alternative Pathway to membership is available to birth professionals, experienced doulas, or those who have completed comprehensive doula training elsewhere.
