My journey into postnatal support began with my own experience of motherhood. Becoming a mother opened my eyes to the gap in postnatal care in the UK and sparked a deep passion to better support families during the often-overlooked fourth trimester.

After the birth of my second baby, I made the decision to step away from my corporate career and follow this calling. I retrained as a postnatal doula with Younique Postnatal, equipping myself with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, practical, and evidence-based support to new parents.

I understand firsthand how transformative — and at times overwhelming — those early weeks can be. I am committed to ongoing learning, ensuring my care reflects the latest evidence in postnatal wellbeing and baby care. My aim is to ensure that every family feels nurtured, confident, and supported as they adjust to life with a new baby. Whether it’s emotional reassurance, practical help, or simply a calm and understanding presence, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Alongside my doula work, I am an NCT-trained breastfeeding peer supporter and I love supporting each family's unique feeding journey. I am also a qualified pregnancy and postnatal yoga teacher, which allows me to draw on gentle, restorative practices to support healing and wellbeing during Doula sessions.

I’m based in North London, where I live with my partner, our two children, and dog. I support families across North and East London, including Haringey, Hackney, Islington and Waltham Forest. I am happy to support families across other London boroughs but travel outside of these areas may incur a small additional fee.
