Hello and welcome to my Doulagraphy page.
Thank you for stopping by and taking the time to read.
Here is a little bit about me: My name is Andrea. I am a mother to an adorable 7 years old little girl, called Thea and a super cute 4 years old, Leo;a wife to my husband; and a Doula for you if you need me to be.
My passion has always been within and around pregnancies and births. I was always fascinated by pregnant mamas. And now, ever since my pregnancy and birth, I am even more excited and enthusiastic.
Talking to, and working with mums to be, always takes me back to my own one, which was truly a miracle.
I was blessed to have my husband and a Doula with me during labour and birth. So, despite the long labour in hospital, which ended with medical intervention, the experience was absolutely positive. I loved every single minute of it, and would love to live it all over again.
The reason why I became a doula was my need to assist mothers to have a positive birth, whether it is a home birth or a hospital one (natural, C-section).
My wish is to support each one of you with my belief, my caring nature and my strength.
I constantly marvel at the woman’s body and her ability to birth babies – how the body systems connect together and communicate with each other, especially the hormones.
I promise to talk a lot about birth physiology, how hormones can be affected and how we can best look after ‘Our temple’ – ‘Our body’!
I am here to help, be with you, hold your hands, be your voice, your communicator, your listener – In other words, ‘Be your Doula’.
Together we can make good choices;informed decisions; which can lead to the best possible birth experience.
Beeside my Doula skills, I can also provide you with some relaxing Ayurvedic Massage, some nutritional support and all kinds of information.
But most importantly, as your Doula,I am here for you, your partner and your baby!
I am a recognized birth and postnatal doula, had my amazing mentors Zara and Naava on my mentoring journey with me. I will always be greatful for what I learnt from them and shaped me to be a confident doula.

“Andrea’s calm & warm atmosphere provided great support & comfort to our family. During late pregnancy Andrea’s practical nature helped me to get organised for the arrival of my baby. Offering guidance & alternative therapies to help with pregnancy discomforts, Homeopathic remedies & massage kept me very relaxed.
Once my baby arrived Andrea made me nutritious & delicious foods and supported me with breastfeeding & any post natal concerns.
Andrea is kind & knowledgable but most importantly I completely trusted her.
It is rare to find someone who really loves their work & does it with such generosity.” Alice
“Andrea’s warm and gentle style as a doula immediately put me at ease. She was so genuinely loving with our baby boy, fitting in easily into our space and supporting me with such care from the tiniest things (like adding salad to my lunch for me!) to giving me advice when our boy was growing and changing his routines. All of this was so appreciated! Andrea is a loving soul, a breath of fresh air and she gives a wonderful head massage too!! Thank you so much for all your care, lovely Andrea” Tarryn
Andrea was my post-natal doula when my first child was born. She was very caring and provided all the help we needed in order to ensure that baby and I were both well looked after during those critical early days, such as cooking some tasty meals for us when we barely had time to sleep. She is also a good listener and being able to talk to her about everything from the pregnancy, my birth experience and the baby was itself a great recovery process for me. Further, she helped me establish my breastfeeding, providing both physical guidance as well as other educational resources such as video clips and articles. Her knowledge in newborns and her natural affection for babies made me feel well supported at a time when our close family was abroad and could not be around to help. I am now a happy breastfeeding mum and I am very glad we had Andrea with us.” ElenaIf you are looking for a Doula, stop looking! I had such a positive experience with Andrea by my side. My journey would not have been the same without her!
Throughout my pregnancy and after my son’s birth she provided me and my family with amazing support and guidance. She is very knowledgeable about babies and post-natal care and gave me lots of information which made me feel more confident. She helped me with breastfeeding, she cooked amazingly nutritious meals, she taught me some baby massage techniques which helped with colic, and last but not east she gave me some wonderful Indian head massages. She has a very soft and gentle approach, and my baby boy was very happy with her.
Andrea is truly passionate about supporting mums and families during this special time and she is great at it. It was a pleasure to have her around and I cannot recommend her enough! Emilie
