I offer a diverse range of support to expecting and new mothers. I provide antenatal classes to help parents prepare for childbirth and gain important information. I offer doula support to provide physical and emotional assistance during labour and postnatal support to help new mothers adjust to their new roles and care for their newborns.
I also offer to breastfeed support and assistance for mothers who choose to formula feed. Additionally, I provide services such as the Ceremony of Bone Closing and baby massage classes, which can aid in physical and emotional healing for both mother and child.
Women's circles offer a supportive environment for mothers to share their experiences, connect and art. Lastly, I provide Flower Bach Therapy to promote emotional healing and balance. I strive to provide comprehensive services to support mothers throughout their pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum journey.
In addition to my services, I offer a doula mentor role. As a doula mentor, I can guide aspiring doulas as they navigate their journeys in the field. I can provide advice on everything from building a client base to supporting clients during labour and beyond. By sharing my experiences and expertise, I aim to help other doulas develop their skills and become effective advocates for mothers and families.

About Me
Hello , my Dear
As a doula, mentor, antenatal educator, bach therapist, and baby massage instructor, my primary goal is to support women. I achieve this by providing them encouragement, empowerment, and information while ensuring their rights and needs are respected. I do not educate another adult; I share my knowledge without prejudice and my opinion on their births.
My passion is psychological health and tools to help unravel your wishes and priorities.
I am sure that the birth experience can be very different from what we are used to hearing, and I would love to help each woman who comes to me to achieve it.
I help with all pregnancy and parenting questions.
