Hi, I'm Anna (they/them), qualified birth and postnatal doula and lover of birth, science and supporting women and birthing people

I am a certified doula in Cardiff, South Wales. My training followed my own personal experience of how a doula enriches the birthing experience. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ parents.

I support expectant families and people with reassurance and knowledge during this transformative time, offering emotional, practical and physical support. Whether for home or hospital births, I empower you and ensure you feel informed and confident throughout the process.
