I’m Anna Maria, a nature lover, poet and artist based in Islington. I have been a massage therapist for 9 years and am a recently qualified Doula, specialising in postnatal recovery and pregnancy massage.

I believe doula support and massage is an essential theraputic practice, guiding the mother to have an empowering experience; a holistic mind and body connection alongside multiple physical health benefits. The heart of my approach is to nurture and soothe mothers however this is best suited to them; reassuring a tranquil space and assisting them to feel at home with themselves, externally and internally.
