Mentored Birth Doula

This is your story, your birth, and your journey; but you don’t have to navigate it alone. My role as a doula is to offer science-based, compassionate support for you and your partner so you can move through this experience feeling informed and truly cared for. Together, we discuss your desires and fears, and we unpack what your thoughts are on birthing and the postpartum period. I provide information about the physiology of birth and your options, and you make choices based on your preferences and instincts. Whether you’re considering a home birth, a hospital birth, or anything in between: I’ll be there. During birth, I provide mental and physical support, and, together with your partner, I’ll guard your wishes. Postpartum, I could ease the load, protect your peace, nourish you, give you a relaxing treatment, and help you with a gentle landing into parenthood. You deserve support that feels grounding and centred around your needs (and no, it doesn’t have to be “woo-woo”). I’ll be there for you and your family, every step of the way.
