What does my support look like?
My visits are completely tailored to your needs and always grounded in compassion. Some days that looks like cooking a nourishing meal while you rest or shower. Other days, it’s feeding support, emotional reassurance, or gentle bodywork to help you feel like yourself again.
Examples of what I offer:
- Preparing your home for your return from hospital or birth centre
- Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding or combination-feeding support
- Cooking meals/snacks and stocking your fridge or freezer
- Newborn care tips, sleep/soothing guidance, and confidence building
- Postnatal Pilates or Holistic Massage to support your recovery
- Creating opportunities for sleep, self-care, and quiet moments
- Light household help (washing up, laundry, tidying)
- Tea, chats, and emotional support as you process this life shift
No need to book in advance
There’s no “right” time to reach out. Some families book in advance. Others find me once their baby is here. Many new parents find that, even with a supportive partner or family nearby, having a non judgmental, neutral person to offer guidance and hands-on help is invaluable. Whether it’s immediately after birth to help you settle in, or when your partner returns to work
Why work with me?
I became a doula after my own experience of motherhood left me wondering: Why does no one talk about this? I felt unprepared and overwhelmed—and realised just how essential it is to have support that’s truly centred on you.
I offer calm, practical, heart-led care for families who want more than survival mode. If you don’t want to ‘bounce back’—you want to move forward with care, intention, and rest—I’m your person.
Additional care available:
- Postnatal Pilates (gentle, in-home movement to support your body)
- Holistic Postnatal Massage (nourishing, grounding treatments)
- Postpartum Planning Sessions (for preparing before baby arrives)
- Meal Prep Add-Ons (nutritious, freezer-friendly meals cooked for you)
Ready to feel supported?
If you're looking for gentle, down-to-earth, and non-judgemental care in the early weeks of motherhood, I’d love to support you.
