Hey there and congratulations on your pregnancy ❤︎⁠

As many women do, I grew up being told traumatic birth stories from my mum’s own birth with me and my sister, to my cousins births with their first babies and now my friends as well. 

Knowing that I wanted to have children of my own one day, I was determined to find out how to have a positive birth experience and whether this was even possible. This led me to train as a doula in April 2025 where I was absolutely hooked into birthwork, and haven’t looked back since. 

With a background in yoga and meditation, I firmly believe that the greater the level of connection we can build to our bodies, our breath, our intuition and our babies throughout pregnancy, the greater the chance our bodies have to birth naturally - and, if this is not possible, then to have a peaceful and empowering medical birth. 

I now believe birth to be an incredibly transformative, empowering and spiritual experience when we allow it to be and feel completely passionate to help women and their families have the positive birth experiences they deserve. 

I have since trained in hypnobirthing with KGH and pregnancy yoga with Tara Lee and Clare Daniels to deepen the level of support I’m able to offer women and birthing people. I’m also in my second year of a four year Medical Herbalism diploma with Heartwood, which I one day hope to integrate with the rest of my work to support women with medicinal plants along their entire fertility, pregnancy, birth and postpartum journeys.
