About Me

Who am I??

I am the proud parent of two children who inspire and drive my mission.

With over a decade of experience as an NHS Clinical Scientist, my journey took a transformative turn after the birth of my first child. My subsequent experiences in parenthood and the birth of my second child, ignited a passion. I trained as a doula with Every Birth Matters and as a Village Visionary with Blossom and Berry. My mission is to offer scientifically-backed and compassionately guided services for parents and babies, with a particular focus on the crucial first 1001 days of life.

What do I offer??

I offer standard and bespoke Doula packages both in person and virtual. My aim as a Doula is to help you feel empowered to navigate your pregnancy and parenthood journey, help you understand your choices, so that you can be confident, and informed throughout.
