From an early age I knew I wanted to work with children.  As a mother myself I understand how hard it can be sometimes.  I’m down to earth, friendly and caring.

The first few weeks of motherhood can be a joyous and exhilarating expereince; however the reality for many families is that it can also be a busy and tiring time. I understand that every family’s needs are different and sometimes you just need a little guidance.

As a postnatal doula I can enable you to enjoy the early stages of motherhood by relieving some of the stress. Drawing on a wealth of experience, I offer emotional support following the birth, as well as practical help around the house.

I can offer other services if you are in need of a break and a good nights sleep.  With my night nanny experience I can offer this service for a few days, a few weeks, or you may feel you need full-time help getting your baby into a good sleeping pattern.  I am here to help and support you in any way you need.  (With my knowledge and training I can get your little ones sleeping through the night, teaching them to self settle at an early age.   My technique is a gentle method and is very personal to each family.)
