I am a mum of three beautiful children, a professional photographer, and a mentored doula drawn deeply to the sacred journey of motherhood.
For over 12 years, I’ve worked as a professional photographer, specialising in maternity, newborn, and family photography. I studied film and photography at university, where I chose to focus my final project on birth photography — a subject that spoke to me on a profound level. It was during this project that I first witnessed the raw strength and beauty of women in labour — and I was mesmerised. Documenting birth quickly became one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
While researching for that project, I also discovered the role of the doula — and something just clicked. It stayed with me. I knew in my heart that this was something I was meant to do.
My own birth experiences were far from ideal. I often found myself wishing I had someone by my side — someone calm, knowledgeable, and fully present for me. That longing planted the seed, and over time, it blossomed into a deep desire to support others in their own journeys to motherhood and beyond.
I adore babies, have a soft spot for breastfeeding (though I will always support whatever path feels right for you), and I believe in honouring your choices with warmth, respect, and a gentle presence.
Whether it’s through the lens of my camera or the steady presence of a doula, my intention is the same: to hold space for you, witness your strength, and support you as you step into your power.
