I'm dedicated to providing doula services that are tailored to your needs, and with a focus on empathy and compassion, I aim to make your birth experience a positive one. I will provide emotional, physical and educational support to you, and your loved ones, before, during, and after child birth. I am passionate about empowering birthing people through informed choices and compassionate care, ensuring you are well supported to make the choices that are right for you. 

However you wish to birth your baby, I am here for you every step of the way, offering guidance, comfort and reassurance. My services range from antenatal support, continuous support during labour and birth, and postnatal care. A doula's presence reduces stress and anxiety, allowing you to focus on your birth knowing that you're in safe hands to inform and guide you. 

After birth, I can help make the transition with your new baby as smooth as possible, providing essential support in the days/weeks/months after birth. I have extensive training in breastfeeding so can offer support with feeding, plus new born care, emotional support for you and your family, and practical information, depending on what you feel you need at the time.
