I provide birth doula services across much of the West Midlands, broadly covering the Three Counties of Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, Birmingham and the Black Country (alongside some areas of Warwickshire, Shropshire and the Welsh Border)

My Doula Philosophy
I’m not here to "empower" you. Instead, I’m here to walk alongside you, bring reverence back to the journey of birth, and hold space for you to feel truly seen, heard, and valued. I'm a 'Girl's Girl' through and through and I see myself stepping into a sisterly role- providing 'The Village' our culture has forgotten to honour.
I have an unshakable belief in the inner strength of all women. I know you have the power within to navigate your birth journey with confidence and on your own terms.
I’m here to bear witness, share my knowledge and skills, and stand by your side—free from agenda—every step of the way.
If you asked my friends and family to describe me, they'd probably say I'm quietly confident, passionate and a bit of a maverick. I’ve always marched to the beat of my own drum- it’s no coincidence I called myself 'The Rebel Birth Doula'. I don’t believe in following the crowd. Instead, I’m here to help you carve your own birth, on your terms.
Pregnancy and birth have been profound vehicles for change within me. They've pushed me to question my beliefs, re-examine my values and get clear on who I truly am.
Birth is far more than the physical act of bringing a baby into this world; It's a deeply transformative and spiritual journey- one that has broken me, rebuilt me in a new image and lead me on this calling to support other women on their own path- to help women like you reclaim their birth stories.
My career as a Policy Advisor means I'm the expert indigging up factsand understanding how tohack the system so it works for you. I bring this proactive, driven approach to my doula practice so you can make truly informed decisions.

My Offering
I support all births. However, I have a particular interest in supporting those navigating VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Caesarean) and HBAC (Homebirth After Caesarean).
My in-person offering is within an hours drive from Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 - this broadly covers Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Birmingham, the Black Country (as well as some areas of Warwickshire, Shropshire and the Welsh Border). Session can take place either in your own home or at my Studio space in Malvern.
Price is inclusive of travel and the use of birth pool and other pregnancy and birth resources.
I also offer virtual support, which might be of particular value to those birthing after caesarean who live outside of my typical travel zone.
