My whole career has been about caring for people. I trained as a healthcare assistant in France, qualifying as an aide soignante in 2012 after a full-time, one-year training, and worked four years in France before bringing that experience to the UK, where I worked for eight years within the NHS in AAU and Cardiac ITU. In total I have over fourteen years of professional experience caring for people through their most vulnerable moments.
When I had my own son in 2021, despite having wonderful support from my partner, I still felt overwhelmed in those first weeks. I realised that even when you have love around you, the specific support a new mother needs is something different, and it's often simply not there.
That experience changed everything for me. I'm trained with Younique Postnatal, I'm currently building my practice as a mentored postnatal doula, working towards full Doula UK recognition, supported throughout by an experienced mentor, so every family I work with benefits from both my care and the guidance of an established practitioner.
I also offer my full support in French, so for French-speaking families in London, you'll have someone completely by your side in your own language.
Every visit is shaped around what you need that day. There's no fixed formula for postpartum recovery: some days you may need practical help, other days you may simply need space, reassurance, or rest.
You deserve to feel rested, honoured, heard, nourished and never judged. That is what I am here for.
