About Me

I am a married mum to two primary school aged children. When I am not with them, I dedicate much of my time to supporting families as a doula and running my antenatal and hypnobirthing course organisation, The Mindful Birth Group®. We are a small team (who all happen to be doulas, too!) and I mainly focus on the marketing side.

I know it does sound like a cliche, but my ‘jobs’ really do not feel like work at all. I absolutely love what I do and I like to have a variety of the ‘office’ based work and being ‘on the ground’ supporting families in real-time whether that be antenatally, at the birth or postnatally.

My values are rooted in making sure people have all of the information in order to make the right decisions for themselves. I then wholeheartedly support them in their choices. Sadly there are too many occasions where new parents feel judged or misled, and I aim to ensure that the people I support feel informed and prepared for this next very special stage in their lives.
