I’m also a mum to a nearly five-year-old girl who continues to be my greatest teacher and joy.
Motherhood has changed me in all the best ways — it’s made me softer, more curious, and deeply passionate about supporting others through their own journey into parenthood. I love sharing and learning parenting wisdom, not from a place of “knowing better,” but from genuine curiosity and respect for our differences. We all walk this path in our own way, and I’m here to hold space for that.
Before becoming a doula, I spent over 18 years teaching yoga — helping people connect with their bodies and build self-trust. I’m a practical, grounded person — I like things to be clear, useful, and rooted in reality — but I also work with intuition and heart. I believe that true preparation for birth is both mental and physical, and that confidence comes from understanding your body and trusting yourself.
I live in Stoke Newington with my partner, our daughter, and our dog — a little corner of London that feels like a village. I love being part of this community, walking through Clissold Park, or grabbing a coffee from one of the local spots between teaching or meeting clients.
My fascination with birth has always been strong, but it deepened after my own. My daughter’s birth — what I often call “the one of many things” — taught me more than I could have imagined. It wasn’t perfect, but it was powerful, and it’s what inspired me to dedicate myself to helping others feel informed, held, and respected in their choices.
I’m passionate about how birth is treated within our maternity system. Too often, it’s not truly personalised and focuses on managing risk rather than nurturing trust. I’m confident and experienced in guiding families through the NHS maternity system with clarity and care. I want my clients to feel informed and equipped — to make their own decisions, understand their options, and have support that honours them fully.
Now that my little one is older, I can fully commit to this calling — showing up for families in those middle-of-the-night moments, offering calm presence, knowledge, and care.
I try to live life as it unfolds — with purpose, curiosity, and compassion. My work is about helping you do the same: to prepare practically, trust your instincts, and step into birth and parenthood feeling grounded, supported, and truly yourself.
Antenatal & Birth Support
My antenatal sessions are both informative and practical, delivered in a way that makes the information clear and easy to absorb. We’ll explore your birth options, build emotional tools, and cover hands-on techniques that help you support your own labour physically and mentally.
Birth Doula Package — £2,250
My birth doula package offers continuous, calm, and connected care through pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum.
