I’m Emily-Clare Hill, a birth prep, birth, and postpartum doula dedicated to supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the tender postpartum period. My role is to walk alongside you as a close companion, helping you navigate this journey with confidence, knowledge, and empowerment.
My work as a doula is deeply rooted in a lifelong commitment to holding space for others. For nearly two decades, I’ve been a devoted yoga teacher—creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. I’ve led yoga teacher trainings, supported people through personal growth and healing, and held space for deep transformation. For over ten years, I have owned and ran our yoga studio in Stoke Newington, a much-loved space centred on community and connection.
Now, as a mother to a vibrant four-year-old girl, this work holds even deeper meaning. The unfolding journey of motherhood has taught me to trust, to surrender, and to soften—and I love sharing and learning alongside others as we grow into this role together.
I’ve lived in London for many years, and I cherish the flow of city life and the rich community that surrounds me. Trained by Red Tent Doulas, I remain committed to ongoing learning and staying attuned to evolving practices in birth and postpartum care. I also collaborate with a strong community of fellow birth workers, ensuring that care, wisdom, and support are always present in what I offer.
Birth is a powerful and transformative experience. I believe in honouring your unique path—whatever it looks like—with care, respect, and no judgment. No matter what kind of birth you envision, I’m here to hold space for you, offering guidance, reassurance, and unwavering support every step of the way.
