If its a Postnatal doula your looking for, again I love to listen to you to find out how you would like to be supported and tailor my support to you. A little bit about me!
I am married and a the mum of 3 gorgeous teenage boys who I am loving watching grow and develop into lovely young men. I love the outdoors especially the sea, beach, walking with family or friends.sharing food of any kind and a wee bit of running. All of my son's births were in different ways. My first son was a vaginal delivery with some intervention, my next two were vaginal delivery listening to my body and allowing nature to do her thing! All beautiful yet very different. Now looking back I wish I had read more around birth before embarking on that journey so that I had the knowledge to make the right choice for me. I can't wait to share this knowledge with you!

Reviews
I can not express how grateful we are to Gail and the support she provided. I would not have had the confidence to have a home birth without her. It was the most empowering experience of my life and I feel it has healed lots of trauma from my first birth. Everyone needs a Gail at their birth!!
'Gail was always available when we needed her, organising face to face sessions and answering any questions we had via WhatsApp. She would proactively send us links and book recommendations that she thought we would be interested in. What we always appreciated about Gail is that she would let us lead the discussion, explaining what we would like and then offering us suggestions to enhance our preferences. She never put pressure on us to approach the birth in any particular way and respected our choices. She also came with us to visit where we planned to give birth so we could talk through our concerns following the loss of our previous baby, which was immensely valuable.’
‘Thanks for being one of the best decisions we made about on our birthing journey.
You made us feel instantly at ease and tuned into our every step to give us the support we needed. A massive thank you from us all.’
'Having you as a part of our new family’s journey has been so special, and we wouldn’t be doing as well without you, so thank you so much for your empathy, knowledge and practical support.
We very much hope to see you again in the future.'
'We had the best experience working with Gail, she has offered so much support, flexibility and kindness to our family, I cannot recommend her enough!'
