Hi I’m Hazel. I live in South West London, where I have had the privilege of bringing up my three children. I know from my own experience that bringing a new baby into the world is a profound journey—beautiful, tender, and sometimes overwhelming, especially if you do not have family around to support you. Having a doula in those early days can make such a difference as you grow into this new season of life. I offer nurturing, in-home support to help you find your rhythm, feel cared for, and grow into your new role with confidence and love.
As a postnatal doula, I walk alongside you during those early days and weeks, offering gentle guidance, practical help, and a calm presence you can rely on.

Loving Feeding Support
I am an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) and I also work part-time for the NHS for a Tongue Tie Clinic at a London hospital. My extensive experience in feeding support can help you reach your feeding goals, whether you choose to breastfeed, bottle feed, or a combination of both, I’m here to support you without judgment. From latching help and milk supply questions to paced bottle feeding and pumping tips, I’ll help you feel reassured and empowered—every step of the way.
Emotional & Physical Care for the Birthing Parent
Your healing and well-being matter. I provide a safe, supportive space where you can rest, process, and be truly cared for. I’m here to hold space for your experience, listen with compassion, and gently ease your load.
Newborn Nurturing & Guidance
Caring for a newborn is both beautiful and unfamiliar. I offer hands-on support with bathing, soothing and understanding normal infant sleep patterns —all at your pace, with kindness and understanding.
A Calmer Home Environment
From light tidying and meal prep to creating peaceful moments of rest, I’m here to support the whole household so you can focus on bonding and healing.

Hazel was an absolute life-saver! Before having our little girl, we decided to organise some extra help, just in case – and I am so glad that we did, because Hazel is amazing and was worth every penny (and more!). We came home from hospital having managed a bit of latching and breast-feeding, but it got very tough to feed over the next few days. Fortunately, Hazel was on hand to visit right away.
