Hi, I’m Heather — a mother, a postpartum doula, and a passionate advocate for continuing the conversation after birth. I support families in and around Hersham, Surrey, covering postcode areas from KT6 to KT13.

I left a 14-year career in Film & Television Production to become a mother — and despite all my experience in planning ahead, I didn’t plan for my own postpartum. Why?  Because I’d never heard the word postpartum before.

You can’t plan for what you don’t know, right?

The reality of early motherhood cracked me open in ways I never expected.  That experience became the foundation for the work I now do: informing and supporting mothers (and their families), so they feel confident, calm, and cared for in the early days of their parenting journey.

My approach is rooted in the belief that the postpartum period is just as important — more so even — than the birth.  It is sacred.  Postpartum is a time for deep rest, nourishment, and healing.  Sadly in today’s world, too many women are left to navigate it alone.  I’m here because I want to change that.

Whether it’s a warm meal, a quiet conversation, feeding support, or simply someone to hold the baby while you rest — I offer calm, steady support to meet you wherever you are.  I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care; our time together will be shaped by you and what feels most helpful in each moment.

I offer packages with daytime and overnight options, and always begin with a free, no-obligation call or meeting so you can get a feel for whether I’m the right doula for you.

POSTPARTUM DOULA PACKAGES
I offer 3 deeply nurturing packages to support you through your fourth trimester:

• COCOON – 18 hours (6 visits) + 1 overnight: £550
• NEST – 30 hours (10 visits) + 1 overnight: £820
• BLOOM – 42 hours (14 visits) + 1 overnight: £1,045

All packages include a free postpartum planning session, WhatsApp support between visits, and in-person sessions of 3 hours minimum.

OVERNIGHT CARE
10-hour overnight: £150 (9pm–7am)
Discounted to £130 per night when booking 10+ nights.
Includes newborn care, feeding support, light household help, and a calm, reassuring presence so you can deeply rest.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
£35.00 for 30 minutes.
A grounding, soothing treatment to ease tension and promote deep relaxation. Can be booked on its own or added to a postpartum visit.
