Pregnancy, birth and early parenthood are some of life's most transformative experiences. They invite you to slow down, tune into yourself, and discover a strength you may not have known was there. My role is to walk alongside you during this season, offering steady, nurturing support that helps you feel grounded, informed and deeply connected to your own instincts.
At the heart of my practice is one simple belief: everything you need is already within you…you just don't have to find it alone.
Here’s what support can look like…
Birth Support
My birth doula support is designed to provide continuous care throughout pregnancy, labour and the early weeks after birth, ensuring you never have to navigate this journey alone.
What's Included:
- A complimentary conversation where we can get to know one another and explore how I can best support you.
- Three personalised antenatal sessions (2 hours each), tailored to your individual needs, with space to explore your options, prepare for birth, discuss your hopes and work through anything that’s on your mind.
- Full access to my library of evidence-based resources and information to support informed decision-making.
- A dedicated WhatsApp group for you, your birth partner and me, so support is always close by.
- On-call support from 38 weeks until your baby arrives, with 24/7 availability throughout this time.
- Continuous emotional and physical support throughout labour and birth.
- Two postnatal visits during the first few weeks after birth.
Wherever and however your baby arrives, my priority is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported throughout your experience.
Postnatal Support
The weeks after birth deserve just as much care as pregnancy and birth itself.
As your world shifts and your family finds its rhythm, my focus is on caring for you—so that you feel nourished, rested and supported while you recover and settle into life with your little one.
Postnatal support can include:
- Provide a non-judgmental landing space for you and your partner to comfortably talk about any experiences surrounding your birth and postnatal period.
- Preparing nourishing snacks and light meals.
- Light household tasks, including laundry and tidying.
- Looking after your baby while you rest, shower or take a little time for yourself.
- Support for partners and older siblings as everyone adjusts.
- Signposting to trusted, evidence-based resources and local support services.
- Flexible daytime visits, with evening care available on request.
Every family is different, so my care is always tailored to what you need most.
About Me & My Approach
I've always been drawn to supporting people through all the wonderful and wacky things life throws at them. Alongside my deep respect for pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, becoming a doula felt like a natural extension of who I am!
I believe birth is about so much more than welcoming a baby—it's also the beginning of a new chapter for YOU!. The way you're supported throughout that journey can shape how you carry the experience long after it's over. As your doula, I'll be there to listen without judgment, encourage you when you need reassurance, celebrate alongside you, and gently remind you of the strength that already exists within you.
If this feels like the kind of support you're looking for, please get in touch. I’d love to hear from you.
