My name is Irene, I currently live in Norwich. I am a mother of four and have been fortunate to enjoy each of my births in the comfort of my own home, surrounded by close friends and family. As the oldest child in a large family, caring for babies and children have always been an important element at the centre of my life. I have participated and contributed as an informal birth companion to friends and family for many years and now that my children are grown up, I am in the wonderful position to be able to fully dedicate my time to support other women. 

I undertook training with Michel Odent and Liliana Lammers in 2020. I have studied the books and texts from Michel Odent, Anne Frye, Ina May Gaskin, Anne McIntyre, Dr Trevor Smith and many others. 

More than anything, I would like to give mothers and families the support and reassurance they need to get the birthing experience they seek.
