Firstly, thank you for taking the time to consider me in your extremely exciting, lifechanging experience. This experience is something you'll never get to do again, which is pretty special, don't you think?

I'm Jade, your local postnatal doula. I chose postpartum care as my focus of support because I wholeheartedly believe that continuity of care is crucial to giving you a healthy postpartum period. 

I'm excited to help you thrive in your early days, weeks and months postpartum, both emotionally and physically. I strive to help Mamas make their own informed choices, and create gentle boundaries to enjoy their journey into motherhood. As well as supporting their family as a whole. This is your journey, I'm just a tool to help you find your way, whatever that looks like. 

I provide antenatal education sessions to help you plan for your postpartum journey, as well as nesting sessions to get practically ready, and older siblings meet and greets to help your older children get to know me before their baby arrives. 

I offer postnatal support in flexible options, as well as group bookings to help you further. My preferred method of support is in person, but I can absolutely hold virtual Support sessions also.

As part of block bookings you'll receive 1:1 whatsapp support from me between 08:00 and 20:00, a wellbeing journal and access to an online wellbeing hub, as an extra benefit and thank you for welcoming me into your bubble. 

1:1 WhatsApp support is also an option available if you're on a budget at a monthly fee.
