About Me
Hello I am Jane, a mum of 3 fun and unique girlies (21,19 and 6), with a bonkers cocker spaniel. I have been an Ofsted Registered childcarer with my own really lovely little setting for 8 years. I am a birth and postnatal doula and an antenatal Hypnobirthing teacher. I love to go cold water swimming in the wild and I also love to sew.
I believe that how you feel about your birth is the most important moment in this life changing journey. I want to support you and your family to feel the best way you can, no matter how your baby makes their journey into this world.

If you’re looking for a doula then you are probably pregnant, and are looking at all of your options for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
My passion for ensuring parents have the best possible experience before, during, and after their baby is born led me to become a Doula. Having had three very different births myself, and being an Ofsted registered childminder, I decided to follow my love for all things birth and become a Doula. This is so that I could provide parents with the emotional and practical support they need.
As your Birth Doula, I take the time to understand your needs and desires for your baby’s birth and work with you to create a trusting relationship. I provide you with evidence-based information to make informed decisions and help you prepare for the birth that you want, regardless of where or how it takes place. I will support you throughout the birth and help you stay calm and in control, ensuring you have a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
My postnatal Doula services provide emotional and physical support to help you develop your parenting skills and feel relaxed and confident in caring for your baby. I will never judge you and will guide you in a way that allows you to spend quality time with your new baby and each other. If you face challenges, such as breastfeeding or sleeping, I will be there to help you find your strength and navigate a new direction.

My Birth package includes an initial consultation, text/phone support right throuought you pregnancy and way beyond birth, antenatal sessions which are extremely comprehensive, and will fully prepare both you and your partner, help creating a birth preferences document, on-call support, in-person support throughout the birth, support through the golden hours, a postnatal visit, and a named backup Doula in case of emergency.
