My work is rooted in trust; in the body, in the process, and in each woman’s innate strength. I believe birth doesn’t need to be directed; it needs to be supported. My role is to walk alongside you, to hold space, to listen deeply, and to offer clear, grounded information so you can make choices that feel right for you.

Whatever path you choose for your baby’s birth, I will meet you there and walk alongside you. Whether you are planning a physiological birth at home, a hospital birth, or something in between, your choices deserve to be respected and supported.

I will be your calm and steady presence, supporting you to navigate your birth with confidence and support you to remain true to your plan.

Alongside doula support, I teach pregnancy and postnatal yoga, helping you nurture your own strength and connect with your baby through breath and movement.I also have a background in paediatric nursing, so if your labour journey takes you into hospital, I will be with you. Together, we will make sure your wishes remain central to your birth experience.I am a mother to three beautiful humans and they are my proudest achievements. Motherhood has shaped who I am today. It has strengthened me, softened me and taught me the power of calm when the going gets tough.Those who know me describe me as steady, thoughtful and a good listener. I am not loud or overpowering. I am there; grounded, present and attentive.Outside of birth work, I enjoy yoga, Zumba and spending time with family and friends.
