Hello, I’m Jane – a Hypnobirthing Practitioner and Birth Doula, supporting families across Beds, Cambs, Essex, Herts, and North London.

I live in Royston, Herts, with my husband and our two daughters, Ruby and Jessica, born in 2008 and 2010. I’m also a proud godmother to three wonderful godchildren! It was the birth of my youngest daughter that changed the course of my life – it inspired me to support others through the amazing, transformative journey of birth.

Since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families as a birth doula. I bring over a decade of experience, a calm and caring presence, and a true passion for helping people feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their journey into parenthood.

Experience – Over the years, I’ve supported all types of births – from peaceful homebirths to empowering hospital births, VBACs, inductions, breech births, and rainbow pregnancies. I’ve supported both first-time parents and those healing from previous trauma.

I’m trained in Spinning Babies, and I’ve been able to help many babies turn during pregnancy and labour. I also know when and how to be a strong birth advocate — calmly supporting you if things don’t go as planned, making sure your voice is heard, and your wishes respected.
