I am a fun, loving and bubbly person with a strong passion to support pregnant women and mothers. It is hands down, one of the most special times in a woman’s and her family’s life, making it a privilege to be a positive part of those memories. As a mother of three children, I know how nerve-racking yet exciting pregnancy, birth and beyond can be. I have a nursing and midwifery educational background which has added to my interest and knowledge as a doula. I have dealt first hand with complex as well as normal pregnancies and birthing situations with my children, so I know exactly how mothers and their families might feel in those different situations. I work closely with you to develop a relationship in which you feel free to express your fears, concerns and ask any questions. This enables me to support your family in the best way, providing comfort and offering reassurance along the way. I am a firm believer in ‘women-centred care’ and 'continuity' of support. I strive to support women in this way. I want to continue helping and supporting women to achieve the most positive birthing and/or mothering experiences for them individually.
