As a postnatal doula, my heart's desire is to support, nurture, and empower women during some of life’s most transformative journeys; motherhood, menstrual cycles and our own death and rebirths as women. All women have the ability to trust and come home to themselves through initiation and rites of passage. Repair your relationship with your body, trust yourself and find empowerment. 

My experience is with mothers who need that extra, loving support that they feel they need whilst they care for their babies. I'm here to hold you whilst you hold your baby.

My mission is to re-empower women by holding their hands and standing beside them through these rites of passage. Focusing on postnatal care, a pivotal point in the support you have around you, I can offer a space where you can be seen, heard and held. Together we put together the best plan for you and your baby.
