About Me
Having had three children in the last 16 years, I believe that a listening ear and an extra pair of hands can make a very positive difference in a household when you have a new baby or babies.
My aim is to simplify life for new parents by creating an environment in which I nurture them so that they can focus on nurturing their children. Each family’s needs are different so my role might include preparing food, running errands, looking after older children or tidying the house as well as sitting alongside new parents as they learn more about their baby and sharing soothing baby massage techniques with them.
Over the last decade I have supported hundreds of new and expectant parents with feeding their babies and toddlers as well as with related issues such as sleep and physical and mental health. My experiences as a Breastfeeding Counsellor led me to train as a Postnatal Doula so that I could offer more holistic and ongoing support to families as they adjust to life with their new baby or babies.
I charge £25 per hour or £22 per hour for a minimum of 18 hours’ support. Please get in touch if you would like to talk about how I might work with you and your family.
