About Me
Hi, I’m Josey, thank you for taking the time to check out my profile. I’m a mum of two (my third child is a fur baby!). I am a University qualified antenatal teacher, breastfeeding counsellor and in addition I have trained with Younique Postnatal to become a postnatal doula.
Family is at the heart of everything I do and I would love to support you through your transition into the world of parenthood. The early days with a newborn, often referred to as the fourth trimester, can be tiring and overwhelming for some. I am here to support you and your family through some of these big changes, help you to navigate the sea of information and enable you to build the confidence to parent your way and get the start to family life that you deserve.
As a postnatal doula, I am there for the whole family and it is my role to help you to find a way that works for you, building your strength and independence along the way.
