Hi everyone, welcome to my page! I’m Josie and I live in Twickenham with my Husband, 2 kids and Pug, Jeffrey. As a compassionate and dedicated doula, I am committed to supporting expectant families through the transformative experience of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. With Developing Doulas training and first hand experience in both emotional and practical care, I provide personalised guidance, comfort, and advocacy to ensure that each family's choices are respected and celebrated. As a mother of 2 I know firsthand that birth can be as unpredictable as it is transformative. My own journey in to motherhood taught me the importance of having someone by your side who is steady, calm, and focused solely on your needs.

My approach is warm, non-judgemental, respectful and natural. I offer antenatal preparation, continuous labour support, and postnatal assistance, helping to create a calm and empowering environment. Whether you are seeking reassurance, practical tips, or simply a listening ear, I am here to walk beside you on your unique journey into parenthood.
