The time following the birth of a baby can be a whole host of things. It might be exciting and new, but it can also be daunting, overwhelming and challenging. Many parents will experience a range of emotions as they make the transition to life with a newborn(s).

Feeling prepared, supported and cared for after a baby is born is so important. And feeling vulnerable as a new mother is normal. It's about having the right support in place, as no one needs to cope or do this alone.

I'm passionate about helping mums recognise what they need in the postnatal period. Helping them to understand the lifelong value that prioritising the fourth trimester can have on their wellbeing, their baby’s and the family around them.
