About Me

I am a mother of four wonderful boys and have a passion for empowering new mothers to be confident in their births and nurturing their newborns. I have spent many years working with midwives , running breastfeeding courses and groups, supporting mothers before, during and after birth. My main areas of expertise are VBACS, Traumatic Birth and Breastfeeding . I absolutely believe that support is the key to positive confident birthing and the postnatal weeks .
