Hi, I'm Kelly, a Birth and Postnatal Doula and qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor based in Wokingham, Berkshire, supporting families across Berkshire, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and Greater London.

I support parents through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood with calm, compassionate and evidence-based care. Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming another child into your family, my role is to help you feel informed, confident and fully supported throughout your journey.

As part of my continued professional development, I am also trained in birthing biomechanics, which focuses on how movement, positioning and body balance can support comfort during pregnancy and birth. This enables me to offer practical techniques that may help optimise your baby's position and create the best possible conditions for labour and birth.

I believe there is no single "right" way to give birth or become a parent. Whether you're planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth centre birth, caesarean birth or VBAC, my role is not to tell you what to do, but to provide balanced information, practical support and a safe, non-judgemental space where you feel heard, respected and empowered to make the choices that are right for you.

Having experienced two very different births myself, I understand how important supportive care can be. Before becoming a doula and hypnobirthing instructor, I spent 20+ years in senior corporate leadership, leading strategy and systems for global teams. When I was given the opportunity to step away from corporate life, I chose to retrain as a doula and hypnobirthing instructor, a role that had been a dream of mine since having my own babies. The calm, empathetic and reassuring approach I developed throughout my career is one I now bring to every family I support.

I often remind parents that birth isn't a performance and there's no gold medal for doing it perfectly. What matters is that you feel informed, supported and confident in your choices. My aim is to be a steady, reassuring presence, helping you navigate pregnancy, birth and early parenthood feeling cared for every step of the way.
