Pregnancy, birth and early parenthood are among life's biggest transitions. It can be exciting, emotional, empowering and, at times, completely overwhelming. You don't have to navigate it alone.

As a Birth and Postnatal Doula and qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor based in Wokingham, I support families across Berkshire, Surrey, London, Oxfordshire, Hampshire and Buckinghamshire with calm, personalised care throughout pregnancy, birth and the early weeks of parenthood.

My role is simple: to help you feel informed, confident and genuinely supported so you can make decisions that are right for you and your family. Whether you're expecting your first baby or growing your family, I'll be by your side with evidence-based information, practical guidance, emotional reassurance and a calm, steady presence whenever you need it.

Whether you have a carefully colour-coded birth plan or haven't thought much beyond buying the pram, you'll find a safe space with me. My role isn't to tell you what your birth should look like - it's to support you in creating the experience that's right for you.

Every birth is different because every family is different. I don't believe in a "perfect" birth or a one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're planning a home birth, birth centre birth, hospital birth, caesarean or VBAC, I'll support your choices without judgement, helping you feel prepared, empowered and confident whatever path your journey takes.

Alongside my doula and hypnobirthing training, I'm also trained in birthing biomechanics, enabling me to offer movement, positioning and comfort techniques that can encourage your baby's optimal positioning and help create the best conditions for labour and birth.

Before becoming a doula, I spent over 20 years in senior corporate leadership, leading global teams in fast-paced environments where calm thinking, organisation, empathy and clear communication were essential. Those skills now underpin the way I support families. Many of the families I support lead busy lives and value having someone who is organised, responsive, reassuring and able to bring clarity when everything feels uncertain.

As a mother of two with two very different birth experiences, I also understand first-hand how transformative the right support can be. Birth isn't about achieving perfection or following someone else's plan. It's about feeling heard, respected and confident in your own choices.
