Hi, I’m Kinga.
I believe every woman deserves to feel heard, supported and genuinely cared for as she moves through pregnancy, birth and those tender early weeks of motherhood.
I’m a birth and postnatal doula, hypnobirthing instructor and 600+ hour trained yoga teacher, specialising in pregnancy and postnatal yoga alongside Hatha, Yin, breathwork and meditation.
My approach to birth preparation is about bringing everything together. I don’t see hypnobirthing as an extra, or birth preparation as simply learning what happens during labour. I love helping women understand their bodies and birth physiology, work with their nervous system and movement, understand their choices and find their voice, while also making sure their birth partner feels confident and knows how to genuinely support them.
As your doula, I’m not there to tell you how you should give birth. I’m there to get to know you. What matters to you, what you’re hoping for, what you’re worried about and what helps you feel safe and supported. We prepare together, talk through your options and the “what ifs”, and make sure you have practical tools you can actually use.
If I’m supporting you after birth, that same care continues into motherhood. Sometimes that means caring for your baby while you catch up on some sleep, shower or simply sit down with a hot cup of tea. Sometimes it’s preparing something nourishing, helping with light things around the home, talking through how you’re feeling or simply being alongside you while you find your feet.
Above all, I want you to feel that you don’t have to navigate all of this alone.
Whether your birth unfolds exactly as you hoped or takes a completely different direction, my role is to walk alongside you with warmth, calm, practical support and balanced information, helping you feel informed, involved and supported in the decisions that are yours to make.
